For patients in recovery

Understand whether you are exercising correctly, see your progress, and stay connected to your clinician between visits.

Home exercise, guided

Open your workspace, start an assigned exercise, and record a short video in front of any modern smartphone or webcam. The platform analyses your movement and produces a privacy-preserving stick-figure overlay — no face, no identifiable features — with instant feedback on form and range of motion.

See your recovery trajectory

Your personal progress page shows range of motion, exercise correctness, and pain — the same metrics your clinician sees. Longitudinal charts replace memory: you can tell whether last week was better than the week before.

Record pain, contextualised

Log a pain score (0–10) after each session. Pain is shown alongside objective metrics so both you and your clinician can see whether hurting more means doing more, or whether something is wrong.

Privacy, your control

Raw video is kept only for the time needed for analysis (at most 12 months per BRULE-04). Anonymised outputs — stick-figure overlays and CSV metrics — may be retained longer for research. You can always request deletion of your data under GDPR Article 17.
